LIT! List Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THESE RULES INCLUDE A RELEASE OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

1. Sponsor

The LIT! List Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is offered by QuadReal Property Group Limited Partnership, as authorized agent for Pontegadea RE Canada Inc. (“QuadReal”, “we” or “us”), Suite 800-666 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC V6C 2X8, in connection with LIT! Neons of Vancouver at The Post, 658 Homer Street, Vancouver, BC.

These Official Rules (“Rules”) are a legally binding agreement between you and QuadReal. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of QuadReal, which are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway. If you do not agree to these Rules, you may not enter.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 29, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on November 30, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries received after the end of the Giveaway Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of British Columbia who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of QuadReal, the participating retailers, Saffron Creative Inc. and their respective affiliates and agencies, and the immediate family members (parents, siblings, children and spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

1. Pick up a free LIT! List booklet at The Post, at the till of any participating retailer, while supplies last.
2. Visit each participating retailer at The Post and ask for a free sticker. The participating retailers are Starbucks, Gong Cha, Hula Poké, Body Energy Club, Oakberry, Deville Coffee, Evolve Strength and CityMarket. No purchase is required to receive a sticker, and the offers in the booklet are optional.
3. Once your booklet has every retailer sticker, take one clear photo of the completed booklet with every sticker visible.
4. Complete the entry form at thepostvancouver.com/litlist, upload your photo and agree to these Rules before the end of the Giveaway Period.

Limit of one (1) entry per person. Entries must be made by the entrant personally. Stickers must be originals issued by the participating retailers. Booklets or stickers that are photocopied, altered, reproduced, illegible or incomplete will be disqualified. Entries made by script, bot or any automated means, or using multiple names or email addresses, will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) prize package is available, consisting of seven (7) $100 gift cards, one each from Starbucks, Gong Cha, Hula Poké, Body Energy Club, Oakberry, Deville Coffee and Evolve Strength, and one (1) CityMarket gift basket with an approximate retail value of $300. The total approximate retail value of the prize package is $1,000 CAD.

The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned or exchanged for cash. QuadReal reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize with an item of equal or greater value if it cannot be awarded as described. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of their issuers.

6. Winner Selection

On December 1, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The draw will take place in Vancouver, BC. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

The potential winner will be contacted by email and/or phone using the information provided on the entry form within two (2) business days of the draw. To be declared the winner, the potential winner must: (a) respond within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt; (b) correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question; and (c) sign and return QuadReal’s declaration and release form confirming compliance with these Rules, acceptance of the prize and release of QuadReal as set out below.

If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, does not return the signed declaration and release, or is otherwise found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random draw from the remaining eligible entries. The prize must be picked up in person at The Post, and the winner will be asked to show government-issued photo ID.

8. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner consents to QuadReal using their name, city of residence, photograph, image and/or voice for promotional purposes relating to the Giveaway, in any media, without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected through the entry form is used to administer the Giveaway, including contacting the potential winner. It will be treated in accordance with QuadReal’s privacy policy, available at thepostvancouver.com/privacy-policy. You will only receive marketing emails from The Post if you opt in on the entry form, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

10. Disclaimers and Release of Liability

QUADREAL DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, NOT EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE RULES, INCLUDING WITH RESPECT TO THE PRIZE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT QUADREAL RELIES UPON THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS IN DELIVERING CERTAIN ASPECTS OF THE GIVEAWAY, INCLUDING THE PARTICIPATING RETAILERS, GIFT CARD ISSUERS, PRINTING, AND THE WEBSITE AND ENTRY FORM PLATFORMS, AND YOU AGREE THAT QUADREAL MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE REGARDING SUCH THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OR THEIR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

BY ENTERING, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE QUADREAL, PONTEGADEA RE CANADA INC., THE PARTICIPATING RETAILERS, SAFFRON CREATIVE INC. AND EACH OF THEIR AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, EXPENSE OR INJURY ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY OR THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE.

QuadReal is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for any technical failure, including failure of the website, entry form or file upload, that prevents or delays an entry. QuadReal reserves the right, subject only to applicable law, to cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway, or to disqualify any entrant, if fraud, tampering, technical failure or any other cause beyond its reasonable control affects the administration, security or fairness of the Giveaway.

THE LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS IN THESE RULES DO NOT PURPORT TO LIMIT LIABILITY OR ALTER YOUR RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

11. General

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. These Rules are governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. In the event of any discrepancy between these Rules and any other Giveaway materials, these Rules prevail.
